Hello, we’re Scott and Annette Hebert, proud owners of Caring Transitions of Northwest St. Louis! With backgrounds in leadership, counseling, caregiving, and community service, we’re honored to bring our passion for helping others to seniors and families in our local community. For us, Caring Transitions isn’t just a business—it’s a calling that blends our professional expertise with our personal experiences to create meaningful, compassionate support for those navigating life’s significant changes.
Annette spent 18 years at Fontbonne University in Clayton, Missouri, where she built strong connections and found joy in supporting others. Stepping away from her career allowed her to focus on her family, faith, and community. Whether it was helping care for our grandchildren—one of whom has Down syndrome—or serving our parish through leadership roles and outreach programs, Annette has always been guided by her belief in the power of service and love.
Scott, with over 25 years in corporate leadership, has always been driven by building relationships and empowering others. His experience caring for his father during hospice and managing his estate gave him a personal understanding of how challenging these transitions can be, and how valuable a helping hand can be during such times.
When we discovered Caring Transitions, it immediately felt like the perfect fit for us. This business allows us to combine our personal stories with professional care, offering services like downsizing, relocation, estate sales, and space planning to seniors and their families. We’re grateful to call Northwest St. Louis our home and to have the opportunity to serve this incredible community. Whether you’re navigating a move, downsizing a home, or managing an estate, we’re here to walk alongside you with compassion, respect, and care.
